How to place order?
You need to contact us before you place the order, and a sales representative will be assigned for you.
To place an order, you can just fill in the order form. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the order out and you will get the track number of it.
I am not able to find the product in your pricelist, what can I do?
Please contact the sales representative, and we will attempt to source the item you desire from elsewhere at no additional cost.
The item that I want is out of stock, what now?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular will run out of stock, in that case we suggest you check with your sales representative on the next day. If product is re-stocked, you can order it again.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
We do not provide 1 year warranty for it, instead, we provide 7 days warranty for all the products.
Do the products come with any manufacture warranty?
No, as all products (cameras, tablets and smart phones) are parallel imported (100% genuine) products. However, Mack warranty can be purchased and they are a global company with service and repair centers worldwide.
How do I check the stock inventory?
As we carry most of the stock in our warehouse, most of the products are ready for same day shipment. You can also check the stock inventory with us by Email or skype.
Is the box sealed and unopened?
Only Apple products are sealed and unopened. Most of our products are not sealed. Normally, we will have quality checking of the product before we ship it out to ensure it works. Also, we have to mark down the serial numbers of the products for internal uses.
Can I customize the declare value of my shipment?
