Whether I should send the product back?
- 1. Please contact one of our sales representitives and let us know the problem of your product(as detail as you can), and we may ask you to do some testing first to ensure the product should be send back to us. And also, we will decide whether sending it back is the best solution for you. For some case, the problem may be solved easily by do some setting.
What product(s) that i should send back?
- 1. If you are sending it back for refund, please send all you received back and also, please ensure all products are in the same condition as you received. If the products' condition is not as good as original, we can not make refund. We reserve the final decision of whether the item is in its original condition.
- 2. If you are sending it back to exchange the same model, please send the product and the original box back to us to save posage. When we receive them, we will resend you another new product with box.
- 3. If you are sending it back to exchange different model, please send all you received back and also, please ensure all products are in the same condition as you received. If the products' condition is not as good as original, we can not exchange it for you.
- 4. If you are sending it back for fixation, please send the product with battery only back to us to save postage. For some countries, it may not be able to send the battery back, in this case, please send the product only without battery back to us.
When should I send back?
- After you get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from one of our sales representatives, you need to ship item back within 7 working days as the RMA number is only valid for 7 working days. Shipment will be rejected if the RMA number is invalid.
How to send it back?
- 1. Please contact one of our sales representitives first to get an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. All returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
- 2. Please fully protect the product to avoid it is damaged in delivery, as it is buyer's responsiblity for any damaged in delivery.
- 3. Please send it back with tracable means to avoid it is lost in delivery, as it is buyer's responsiblity for lost in delivery.
- 4. Pack the products as small as you can to save postage. For example, if you are just sending a mobile phone back, please do not use the fedex box, as if you are using the fedex box, the weight will be counted by the size but not the real weight, which means, the postage may be much expensive than it should be.
- 5. Please put the RMA number on the outter of the packing so that we can verify it when we receive it. Remark: all return shipments without RMA number will be rejected.
Who will pay the postage to send it back?
- A. If you are sending item back for exchange for the reason of Dead on arrival (DOA) / Wrong product received:
- 1. If it is after 7 days from the date that you received it, you should pay the postage to send it back to us.
- 2. If it is within 7 days from the date that you received it, we will pay the postage for you, in this case, please contact one of our sales representitives to get further instructions to send it back without paying postage.
- B. If you are sending item back for wrong purchasing. You need to pay postage and also you may need to pay the restock fee.
- C. If you are sending item back for warranty claim. You need to pay postage.
