Do you have a guarantee or warranty for all products?

How does warranty work?

Customer satisfaction is our priority concern. If defectives are found upon package delivered(DOA), we will definitely arrange a free replacement for you. In fact, if defectives are found 2 days upon delivered, we may not be able to offer free replacement for you. As we are committed on customer satisfaction, we are happy to discuss and assist you to solve problems and issues in order to minimize the lost. We treat every customer as a long term business partner and would like to make every case fair to both parties. Please note that in event of DOA, we will bear the redelivery cost to you or your customer. However, in event of warranty or repair service is required; you will have to pay for the redelivery cost

How do I purchase an extended warranty from you?

We give you the choice to purchase a 1 year extended warranty at a heavily discounted rate (5% of product price). Please contact us for more information.

Will you pay for all repair charges?

If 1 year extended warranty is purchased, yes, we will be responsible for all repair and insection charges if the product is determined to have a manufacturing fault. The only charge you will be responsible for is the cost of shipping the product to us.

What do I do if I’ve received a faulty product?

Please notify us immediately and we will provide you with a RMA number and further instruction on how to return it to us.
