HTC DROID Incredible 2 3G Wi-Fi Android Smartphone Black

HTC has recently released a new Android powered smartphone called the HTC Droid Incredible 2. It’s an upper mid-range Android smartphone which sold globally with the name HTC Incredible S. This is a stylish yet features loaded smartphone which supports Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk, Picasa integration, and more. In addition, the new HTC Droid Incredible 2 smartphone brings a 4.0-inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen Gorilla Glass display, 8 megapixel (3264×2448) camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.

This is a stylish Android smartphone which measures only 120.7 x 64 x 12.2 mm, and weights around 135 g. Its Li-Ion 1450 mAh battery is delivering up to 361 hrs of standby time, and up to 6 h 30 min talk time. The HTC Droid Incredible 2 is currently available in two color choices such as; Black, and Red. But now HTC has come up with a new edition i.e Silver edition which will be released by Verizon. For your kind information the new silver edition Droid Incredible 2 should bring same price as black model.

We mentioned late last month that het Verizon roadmap had leaked and one of the smartphones on it that looked interesting was the Incredible 2. The first press photos of the smartphone have tipped up online and the thing looks pretty cool. Naturally, the device runs the Android OS.

Since the device isn’t officially official at this point, we don’t have the full specs with launch date and pricing. The launch has been previously rumored to be on April 28 and we have a few weeks until then to see if that is accurate. With the press shots turning up the launch has to be close so perhaps we will get an official announcement soon to confirm pricing and launch date.

The Incredible 2 is a rebranded Incredible S smartphone. Naturally, the red robot eye is prominently featured in the press shots and the name will be Droid Incredible 2 to fit into the previous offerings from Verizon in the Droid family.
